1. About Revelo
Revelo is a photo restoration app for macOS, operated by Richard Croasdale. It will be made available through the Mac App Store and will be subject to Apple’s applicable terms and conditions as well as these terms.
2. Using the app
You may use Revelo for lawful purposes and with photographs that you have the right to use. You are responsible for reviewing restored images before sharing, printing or relying on them. Results vary according to the source image, and restoration is provided as an aid to photo enhancement rather than a guarantee of historical accuracy.
3. Purchases
Revelo will be offered through the Mac App Store. Prices, taxes, billing, refunds and payment processing are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms. The download is free and allows watermarked exports; a one-time in-app purchase of £9.99 removes the watermark from newly rendered or re-rendered exports. Prices before release are indicative and may change.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the photographs you add to Revelo. The app processes those images locally on your Mac. You are responsible for keeping backups of your originals and exported files.
5. Intellectual property
Revelo, its software, design and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where the law allows otherwise, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute or make available the app or its materials outside the permissions granted by Apple’s licence terms.
6. This website
Before release, this website describes a product that is still in development. Features, pricing and availability described here may change before Revelo is published, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep Revelo useful and reliable, but it is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of data, or loss arising from reliance on restoration results. Please keep original copies of important photographs.
